HELLENIKA

Aperol Spritz on a rooftop bar - tick and tick. Oh and don't even get me started on their food menu (insert drool face emoji)

NINETEEN AT THE STAR

Nothing can beat this skyline view of the GC with one of the fanciest of all cocktails in your hand. This is the place to go when you're dressed to the nines and feelin' fine.

JUSTIN LANE

This is my go-to for a night full of pizza and delicious cocktails, I mean.. who doesn't love Italian?

BURLEIGH PAVILLION This is the GC's newest and hottest spot to watch the sun set over the water with a vino (or four). Always a vibe for a Sunday sesh.

HOUSE OF BREWS

The craziest cocktail curations in the heart of Surfers Paradise. They also serve hilariously big beer bongs and mountainous towers of fairy floss you must try!

THE ISLAND ROOFTOP

The Gold Coast's once infamous Islander building has had a face-lift, and the now-boutique hotel is the place to be on your Saturday night out in Surfers.

RICK SHORES

Oysters, cocktails, and a view...say no more. Rick Shores is the place for your classy birthday luncheons, fancy dates and more sophisticated nights-out.

THE COLLECTIVE PALM BEACH Down the southern end of the coast, The Collective is one of my faves, with drinks to die for and a delicious menu that covers Italian, Asian, Mexican, American Diner style and Aussie cuisine - something for all moods!

ALOHA BAR AND DINING This Hawaiian style hole-in-the-wall is the cutest bar ever, hidden in the heart of Broadbeach. And hello $2 taco Thursdays!!

FUFU MERMAID BEACH

Fufu is an Asian-American fusion diner in Mermaid Beach with a killer menu and an interior to die for. Get down there on Wednesdays for $5 bao buns, my absolute fave
